Shirley has lived in Lake County since 2005 and joined CLERC part time in 2024. She also serves as Manager for the Middletown Cemetery District. In 1980, she earned her BA in Management from Sonoma State University. She has also worked in graphic design, website hosting and as an independent bookkeeper. She believes that every job is about being of service and she looks forward to being of service to CLERC. She enjoys participating in our local events and activities and deeply appreciates the beauty of Lake County.
