Noa Commendador joined CLERC in 2025 as part of the Office Administration team. She brings a creative and detail-oriented approach shaped by more than a decade in California’s cannabis industry, where she specialized in marketing, design, compliance, and communications. Her work included leading innovative campaigns, developing product designs, and connecting with artists around the world through an international art competition. She also has hands-on experience in cultivation, where she discovered a deep love for the outdoors and the natural rhythms that help plants thrive.
Noa’s decision to join CLERC is rooted in her personal experience of losing her home in the 2020 Glass Fire. This experience inspired her to be part of an organization dedicated to wildfire mitigation and prevention and to protecting the people and landscapes of her community.
When she is not at CLERC, Noa enjoys traveling with her husband to explore new places, visiting art galleries and museums, listening to music, attending concerts, and spending time with her two French bulldogs at their home in Lakeport.
